Jeremy Davis is the owner and operator of JD Unlimited Contracting, bringing decades of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction, electrical work, remodeling, and property improvements. With 14 years at the helm of JD Unlimited Contracting, Jeremy has built his business around quality craftsmanship, versatility, integrity, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Jeremy began his career in construction at a young age, starting as a general laborer before advancing into carpentry and ultimately becoming a journeyman carpenter. His dedication to expanding his expertise led him into the electrical trade, where he earned his journeyman electrician qualification within four years. Throughout his career, he has taken on leadership roles in numerous residential and commercial projects, developing the technical knowledge and practical experience necessary to oversee complex construction work from start to finish. Before establishing JD Unlimited Contracting, Jeremy owned and operated Jeffco Electric for five years. During that time, he recognized a recurring frustration among property owners: finding dependable contractors who delivered quality work, communicated honestly, and followed through on their commitments. That realization inspired him to broaden his services and establish a contracting business capable of meeting a wider range of property owners' needs. Today, JD Unlimited Contracting provides services spanning residential remodeling, electrical and plumbing work, deck construction, retaining walls, concrete installation, landscaping improvements, and equipment operation. Jeremy's diverse skill set allows him to approach each project with a comprehensive understanding of construction methods, materials, and proper installation techniques. Jeremy believes that true expertise is developed through years of dedication, thousands of hours of hands-on experience, and a willingness to continually refine one's craft. Equally important to him is the relationship he builds with each customer. Honesty, accountability, and earning a client's trust are the principles that guide his business, with the understanding that a strong reputation is built one satisfied customer at a time. Outside of work, Jeremy is an avid tournament fisherman and outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and spending time on the water. Having enjoyed lake life since childhood, he has a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors and the Lake of the Ozarks lifestyle. That connection to the area and its people is reflected in the pride he takes in helping property owners maintain, improve, and enjoy their homes.
